Key Responsibilities
As our Boarding Lead, you are the supervisor of our overnight guests' stay, balancing hands-on animal care with administrative and team leadership:
- Support and Coach the Team: Guide and train Pet Care Attendants, giving honest feedback and helping them reach their own professional goals.
- Ensure Precision Care: Coordinate daily feeding schedules, medication administration, and thorough "snout-to-tail" health assessments precisely as directed.
- Coordinate Resort Services: Oversee the accurate execution of all add-on services, including one-on-one playtimes, daycare participation, walks, and grooming needs.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with our Daycare, Front Desk, and Enrichment Leads to keep the resort running seamlessly as one unified team.
- Enforce Cleanliness: Keep our facility pristine by holding the team accountable to our high sanitization, hygiene, and safety standards.

Who We Are Looking For
- You have solid, proven experience working in a pet boarding, doggy daycare, or veterinary environment.
- You possess strong foundational knowledge of pet health, medication administration, and safety protocols.
- You have previous supervisory or team lead experience (or are a senior attendant ready to step up).
- You are highly organized, have exceptional time-management skills, and can maintain a calm presence in a fast-paced environment.
- You enjoy thinking outside the box to solve daily operational and pet care challenges.
