Bay Medical and Wellness Center is seeking a licensed esthetician with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a variety of facial and skincare treatments and committed to providing high-quality, customized care to our clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a licensed esthetician
- Strong knowledge and experience with Hydrafacial, Microdermabrasion, EMS treatments, and European facials
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused approach to care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with eyebrow and eyelash tinting
- Dermalogica certification
- Existing client base is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
- Perform customized facial and skincare services
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and skincare product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment area
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained
- Stay current with skincare trends, techniques, and products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and client satisfaction
As our practice continues to grow, this part-time position may transition to full-time.
