Leasing Agent (Commission-Only)
Location: Philadelphia, PA & Surrounding Counties

Bay Property Management Group Philadelphia is hiring a licensed Leasing Agent to lease apartments and single-family homes in the greater Philadelphia area. This is a commission-only role offering autonomy, flexibility, and strong earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to rental leads and conduct showings
- Process applications and prepare leases
- Update MLS and online listings
- Coordinate move-ins and complete pre-move-in inspections
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License (required)
- Strong sales, follow-up, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and smartphone
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
Compensation:
- $750 per lease signed
- 15–20 active units on average
- $60K–$80K average annual earnings
- Uncapped commission potential
