Bay Property Management Group (BMG) is expanding our Austin Metro team and seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to represent our growing portfolio of apartments and single-family homes throughout Austin and the surrounding counties.
This is a commission-only, sales-driven role offering exceptional flexibility in both schedule and location. Ideal candidates are disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to build a successful career in real estate leasing.

Compensation
- Commission-only: $850 per signed lease.
- Limited-time incentive: Earn an additional $100 bonus per lease through 12/31!
Qualifications
- Active Texas Real Estate License (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Self-motivated and sales-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, cell phone, and laptop.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from potential renters via phone, email, and text.
- Market and list assigned properties on relevant websites; update listings as needed.
- Manage the leasing process, including collecting applications, documents, and signatures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and team members.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about the home and surrounding area.
- Coordinate move-in processes and inspections, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
- Complete move-in inspections and upload photos using company tools.
