Crew Member – Bay Landscaping, Inc. (BLI)
Location: Spanish Fort, AL
Job Type: Full-Time
Bay Landscaping, Inc. (BLI) is looking for dependable and hardworking Crew Members to join our team. Our crews help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients, and we’re seeking individuals who take pride in their work and embody BLI’s core values: professionalism, quality, accountability, efficiency, and safety. Orientation will take place at our Mobile office.
What You’ll Do
- Perform lawn maintenance, including edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, leaf blowing, and debris removal.
- Operate equipment such as weed eaters, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and mowers (stand-on, push, and zero-turn).
- Load and unload equipment and tools from work vehicles.
- Follow instructions from the Crew Leader and adhere to all safety procedures.
- Direct clients to contact the supervisors with any questions or concerns.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to operate common landscaping tools and equipment.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving bending, lifting, pulling, standing, and climbing.
- Good communication skills; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Landscaping experience preferred, but not required we will train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
