Responsibilities
- Supervision of warehouse workers and drivers
- Coordinate daily operations
- Prepare trucks for scheduled deliveries
- Shipping and receiving products & material
- Storing, packing, monitoring inventory levels
- Conducting cycle counts
- Enforcing safety protocols & addressing hazards
- Fill orders in a timely & efficient manner
- Provide direction & delegating task
- Team building & treating everyone equally
- Prepare for yearly inventory
- Coordinates all delivery vehicle maintenance
- Organizing, cleaning warehouse & materials
Skills/Abilities/Knowledge required:
- Leadership skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills
- Forklift certified
- Warehouse leadership experience of at least 3 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (work/excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Inventory control techniques
