Graphic Designer

Bay Image Group is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. We specialize in custom vehicle wraps, branding, large-format printing, paint protection film, window tint, and architectural graphics for businesses throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys turning ideas into eye-catching, production-ready graphics. You'll work directly with clients and our production team to create custom vehicle wraps, fleet branding, signage, decals, and other visual solutions that help businesses stand out.

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with technical knowledge, understands how designs translate from screen to installation, and takes pride in producing high-quality work from concept to print.

Responsibilities

• Design custom vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, signage, and branded marketing materials.
• Create production-ready files for large-format printing and vinyl cutting.
• Meet with clients to understand their vision and develop creative solutions.
• Prepare artwork using vehicle templates while considering installation techniques and panel layouts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all client projects.
• Collaborate with printers and installers to ensure designs are installation-friendly.
• Make revisions based on client feedback while meeting project deadlines.
• Organize project files and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Assist with branding, logo design, print materials, and digital graphics as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience (vehicle wrap experience preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Onyx and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Experience preparing print-ready artwork.
• Knowledge of large-format printing and vinyl production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing vehicle wraps.
• Knowledge of Avery Dennison or 3M wrap materials.
• Familiarity with vehicle templates (Art Station, etc.).
• Experience with RIP software and print production workflows.
• Photography, illustration, or hand-sketching skills are a plus.
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategy.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
