Reset Merchandiser (San Antonio to Lutz)

Bay Food Brokerage is seeking a Full-Time Reset Merchandiser to join our team supporting Publix locations from San Antonio to Lutz, Florida. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in creating organized retail displays, and have experience with store resets and merchandising, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule & Travel

• Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m.- 3:15 p.m.
• 3-week store rotation
• Travel between 11 Publix locations
• No overnight travel required

Responsibilities

• Execute store resets according to plan-o-grams and retail schematics.
• Rebuild product sections and displays.
• Unload, stock, and organize merchandise.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and displayed.
• Work independently and collaboratively to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in store resets, merchandising, or a related retail role (required).
• Experience working with plan-o-grams and retail schematics preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the workday.

Compensation & Other Details

• Pay: $18.25 per hour
• Expected Hours: 35-40 hours per week
• Shifts: Morning shift, Day shift
• Location: must be able to commute throughout the territory, including Publix locations between San Antonio and Lutz, FL
