Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Custodial Technician located in Huntsville, AL. The shift time is 7am-3:30pm The Custodial Technician will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned facilities, which includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and waste disposal. Additional responsibilities include performing routine cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance or repair needs. Qualifications
- Proficiency in general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Attention to detail and consistency in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and the ability to lift or move equipment as needed
- An understanding of workplace health and safety guidelines
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
