Bay Creek Dental, a well-established private practice in Plymouth, MN, is seeking a skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join our team of 25 dedicated dental professionals. This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday, with the potential for additional hours.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general dentistry, including single-root endodontics, simple extractions, crowns and bridges, restorative fillings, and preventive/diagnostic care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience
- Collaborate with a team of 25 dental professionals to deliver high-quality care
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all dental regulations and best practices
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Strong people skills and a patient-centered approach
- Team-oriented and willing to learn new techniques and technologies
- Current Minnesota dental license and CPR certification DEA License
