THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Senior Accounts Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing new business and managing customer relationships across the construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. From the first conversation to project close-out, you’ll serve as the client’s main point of contact—delivering tailored crane, rigging, and heavy hauling solutions. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and wants to grow their career with an industry leader.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive new business development and build long-term client relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with estimating, operations, and dispatch teams to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions.
- Visit job sites, assess requirements, and prepare accurate proposals.
- Track sales activity and project performance using CRM tools.
- Represent Bay Crane at client sites, industry events, and trade shows.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 years in sales, business development, or account management (construction, heavy equipment, or industrial services preferred).
- Proven success in lead generation, pipeline building, and deal closing.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to earn trust quickly.
- Knowledge of crane services, rigging, or heavy haul logistics a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to client sites.
