- Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and menu items.
- Standardize recipes for all culinary operations.
- Ensure consistency and quality in a la carte venues and for all banquet events.
- Oversee food production and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in training new employees and contributing to staff performance evaluations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of international cuisines, including but not limited to Middle Eastern, South African, French, Italian, Asian, and Latin American.
- Develop halal menu options and ensure compliance with halal certification requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative cooking techniques into menu offerings.
One Year Of Experience Must Include
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Experience in international cuisine.
- Overseeing food production and ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Adapting recipes and cooking techniques to meet the diverse preferences.
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of menu items according to recipes and standards.
- This position will supervise other employee's including: dishwashers and restaurant cooks.
