Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive collision industry, with experience in CCC Estimating Software.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring efficiency and high-quality customer service.
- Manage CCC Invoices and Credit Memo's; to include scanning to the main administrative hub. Communicate with vendors accordingly.
- Be able to handle the collision ticket from opening a repair order to final billing and closing.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, repair services, and upselling additional services.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Process reports and calculate deposits.
Requirements
- Previous Collision Administration is required.
- Customer service experience is essential for addressing client needs effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Estimator and technicians while maintaining a positive work environment.
