Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our expanding sales force in our Service Division at Bay City Mechanical, Inc. This role is critical in driving business growth by developing relationships with key contractors and engineers while promoting our comprehensive range of mechanical services which include selling maintenance contracts, repair services, and upgrade solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and direct sales efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and present service proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Work closely with Technicians to understand service offerings and technical specifications.
- Utilize CRM tool for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and new HVAC technologies.
- Suggest new sales strategies based on market demand and customer feedback.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Oversee the lifecycle of HVAC projects, from initial consultation and proposal to execution and ongoing maintenance.
- Provide expert guidance on HVAC system recommendations, pricing, and services.
- Monitor account performance, address concerns, and ensure all contractual agreements are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product advancements, and regulatory changes to provide the best service to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC sales, account management, or project management.
- Strong skills in lead generation and direct sales techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective strategies for business development.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, solutions, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and complex projects simultaneously.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license to commute for client meetings and site visits.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay Range:
$100,000-$150,000 (Based on experience) Commission
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
