Summary
We are looking for a Project Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. This key role ensures that all project-related financials including budgets, billings, and collections are handled efficiently, accurately and timely.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain project budgets
- Prepare and process AIA billings
- Obtain necessary waivers and scheduling subcontractors and vendor invoices for payment
- Setup and maintain project accounting files for assigned projects
- Post project receipts
- Review job cost reports and correct as necessary
- Perform necessary collections activity to ensure timely payment from customer
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the A/E or Construction industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Vista, Sage, CMIC, Vista or similar project based accounting software
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Monday to Friday
- Full- time
- This is an onsite role
