* Processing billing for new and used vehicles deals
*Verifying policies, money down, trade information, and necessary paperwork.
*Reading and interpreting sales contracts, tag and title documents, warranties, and other deal-related documents.
*Calculating costs for goods, services, and delivery.
*Handling sales tax calculations for automotive sales.
*Posting and processing car deals daily.
*Verifying costs and transactions for each vehicle sales.
*Receiving and processing paperwork from the F&I Department
*Processing trade payoffs
**Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months - 1 year experience
