Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Clearwater, FL for a Field IT Analyst.
In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support to clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will be responsible for performing system upgrades, resolving technical challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering timely, high-quality customer support.
You will also play a key role in identifying and implementing technology improvements that align with client business needs and long-term IT strategies.
- On-site technical support for end users and client environments
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Supporting Microsoft Office 365 environments
- Network troubleshooting and maintenance
- Printer setup, configuration, and repair
- VOIP system support and issue resolution
- System upgrades, installations, and routine maintenance
- Documenting issues, solutions, and service activities
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess, identify, and resolve technological challenges
- Proficiency in Information Technology, including knowledge of hardware, software, and networks
- Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving issues efficiently
- Competency in Troubleshooting to maintain and improve system performance
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and collaborating within cross-functional teams
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing technological environments
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , ITIL, or similar are a plus
