Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing.Pay Scale: $ 22.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on skills, experience, performance and ongoing training attendance.Work Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm, with 1 hour lunch; alternating on call schedule to cover 24/7 emergency service; some weekends and eveningsBenefits:MedicalDentalPaid VacationPaid Holidays401k plus 4% company matchRequired Qualifications:2-3 years of experienceAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsBe familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniquesExperience making repair and replace decisionsAbility to acquire low voltage license within 2 years of employmentAdvanced customer service skillsAcquire NATE certification within 2 years of employmentDemonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership rolesKnowledge of basic sheet metal practices Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniquesAbility to charge system with superheat and sub-cooling methodsCFC certifications minimum type one and twoBe able to troubleshoot and work on all types of equipment such as heat pumps, A/C, gas, oil, geo-thermal
