Looking for an experienced individual(s) who has excellent customer service, the ability to multitask, stay organized, eager to learn new tasks and work well with others in a very busy Tax Office. We strive to continue to grow our business and work with clients with the new technologies available.
Responsibilities :
- Staying organized/Keeping work space clean
- Following procedures/guidelines
- Answering phone calls, emails, finalizing appointments, and contacting clients
- Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask, keep log of daily & weekly tasks
- Effective time management skills; Follows-up with clients to ensure work is done in a timely manner
- Work under pressure, remain calm
Candidate Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years experience of customer service
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
