What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Operator position at Bay Area Rural Transit?
We are looking to fill part time Bus operator positions. We currently have one position open immediately, This position does require a CDL with passenger endorsement, we will train and pay for, well qualified individuals to obtain their CDL and passenger endorsement. Bus operators will rotate shifts between existing routes and days currently operating, agility is necessary for the securement of wheelchairs. This position does require a background check and random drug and alcohol testing.
Responsibilities

- Equipment inspections

Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Agility needed to secure wheelchairs
- Customer service skills
- General computer and tablet skills
- Extremely dependable
