Responsibilities:

  • Be the sunshine that greets children and their families with a warm and welcoming smile, instantly putting them at ease and setting the stage for a positive dental journey.
  • Masterfully navigate our advanced scheduling and record-keeping systems, ensuring every child receives individualized attention and timely care.
  • Embrace the role of appointment wizard, coordinating schedules to keep our practice running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Channel your exceptional communication skills to answer phone calls with enthusiasm and empathy, reassuring parents and addressing their questions or concerns.
  • Be a superhero at paperwork, guiding children and parents through the necessary forms and updates with precision and attention to detail.
  • Create a captivating and child-friendly reception area, filled with toys, games, and colorful decorations that ignite their imagination and make them excited for their dental visit.
  • Work in harmony with our dental team to orchestrate a seamless patient flow, ensuring each child feels safe, comfortable, and supported during their visit.
  • Go above and beyond to provide extraordinary customer service, ensuring each interaction leaves a lasting impression of care and compassion.
  • Exhibit your financial wizardry by efficiently handling payments, insurance claims, and billing inquiries, leaving parents with peace of mind.

Requirements:

  • A genuine love for working with children, coupled with the ability to connect with them and their families on a personal level.
  • Exceptional communication skills, radiating warmth, patience, and empathy to create a comforting atmosphere for children and parents.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and scheduling software, or the eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • A positive and collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented environment where everyone's contribution is valued.
