## 🧠 Machine Learning Developer
*Your role*
As our Machine Learning Developer, you’ll work on the design and implementation of our AI-driven optical design assistant. You’ll develop ML models that generate candidate configurations, interface with simulation or analysis tools to evaluate performance, and implement learning loops to improve design outcomes over time.
*What you'll do*
• Develop models for generating and optimizing optical system layouts based on design goals and constraints
• Build workflows to interface with simulation tools and extract performance metrics
• Collaborate with optical engineers to define data structures and prepare training data
*What we're looking for*
• Strong experience in building and deploying ML pipelines.
• Interest in optics, physics-based simulation, or generative design.
• Familiarity with CAD, optics, and/or simulation tools is a plus.
### 🔬 Optical Engineer
*Your Role*
You’ll help bridge the gap between our visual design interface and optical simulation tools. This includes supporting file import/export workflows, automating analysis steps, and making sure design data flows smoothly across the system.
*What You’ll Do*
• Design workflows for importing/exporting design data between our platform and simulation software
• Automate the setup and execution of optical analyses for design evaluation
• Collaborate with software and ML teams to ensure integration with the overall product
*What We’re Looking For*
• Experience with optical system design and simulation workflows
• Familiarity with tools like Zemax, Code V, or similar
• Bonus: scripting or automation experience in a technical environment
