Job Description: The schedule is primarily: Weekdays: 5:00–6:30 pm, 2 days/week Saturdays: 9:00 am–2:00 pm Additional weekday hours may be required for training, meetings, or center support Support for community events on evenings or weekends may also be required Flexible schedule depending on the Center’s needs Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up and breaking down classes and activities Provide childwatch, engaging children 0–5 in a playful, nurturing manner while parents attend workshops Support instructors and subcontractors with class materials and organization Help maintain the Center’s organization and ensure storage areas are accessible Perform administrative support tasks as needed Cover the front desk when required Support community events, including transporting and arranging tables, chairs, and play materials Work collaboratively with staff, subcontractors, and families Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift and move tables, chairs, and other child play furniture or materials (up to 30–40 lbs).
