Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor-IT or an Advanced Practice Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide evidenced based psychotherapy, on an out-patient basis to children, adolescents, adults and families. You will have complete autonomy over your schedule; while providing psychotherapy for a minimum of twenty-six clients per week, to be considered full-time. Our clinic is closed on Fridays; to provide our therapists a three-day weekend. Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods in individual and group therapy.
- Maintain detailed, accurate and timely documentation of patient information, notes and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Counselor-IT or Advanced Practice Social Worker
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred but not necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Works well both individually and as a team
- Highly organized
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
