Role Description The Program Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pinole, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees ABA programs by supervising clinical staff, monitoring caseloads, and ensuring services align with best practices and client goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting observations, supporting treatment planning, reviewing data, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. The Program Supervisor collaborates with families and interdisciplinary partners to support consistent implementation of interventions and address case-related concerns. The role also involves contributing to program development, maintaining documentation and compliance, and participating in team meetings and trainings.
