Core Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Orchestrate and execute the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from target account identification, qualification, and strategic prospecting to final contract execution and closure.
- Market Penetration: Formulate and execute localized regional campaigns across Texas alongside national sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed organizational revenue targets.
- Commercial Documentation: Manage critical client documentation, including the compilation of comprehensive commercial proposals, master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), and formal financial quotations.
- CRM Governance: Maintain meticulous data hygiene within standard CRM architecture to ensure precise data modeling, pipeline analytics, and executive revenue forecasting.
Client Engagement & Solution Engineering
- Consultative Account Acquisition: Act as a trusted advisor to technical and C-suite stakeholders, conducting deep-dive discovery sessions to accurately diagnose operational friction points and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Solution Alignment: Partner with global technical architects and delivery units to engineer bespoke, high-value IT service offerings centered on custom web, mobile, and cloud software.
- Global Delivery Collaboration: Liaison directly with engineering leadership teams in Pune to facilitate seamless client onboarding, cross-functional knowledge transfer, and exceptional project delivery.
Leadership & Market Intelligence
- Team Development: Provide visionary leadership, performance coaching, and tactical mentorship to a dedicated team of sales professionals to cultivate an elite sales culture.

Minimum Required Experience
- Domain Expertise: A proven professional background in B2B IT Sales, Professional Services, or Technical Business Development, with an emphasis on custom software engineering services.
- US Market Literacy: Comprehensive and mandatory exposure to the United States IT services market, featuring a granular understanding of corporate procurement processes, purchasing behaviors, and contract negotiations.
- Proven Commercial Viability: A verifiable track record of successful client acquisition, managing substantial contract values, and consistently outperforming baseline quotas.
- Executive Presence: Superb verbal and written communication, sophisticated negotiation capabilities, and the polished presentation skills necessary to influence executive leadership (CIOs, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering).
