Scope of Job: Responsible for the administration, optimization, and integrity of the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with primary responsibility for ADP Workforce Now. This role provides technical system support, manages system configuration and integrations, delivers accurate reporting and analytics, and ensures data integrity, security, and compliance. The HRIS Analyst serves as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to HR, leaders, and other stakeholders by providing data-driven insights, system guidance, and continuous improvement recommendations that support operational efficiency and organizational goals.

Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS support, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user assistance across HR, managers, and employees.
- Administer HRIS system configuration, including security roles, workflows, business rules, and approval paths.
- Manage day-to-day system maintenance, upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, job aids, and user guides.
- Deliver HRIS-related training to HR team members and other users to ensure effective and compliant system usage.
- Coordinate with Information Services and external vendors to resolve system issues and support enhancements.
- Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
- Produce accurate and timely standard, ad hoc, and recurring reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Design and maintain dashboards and data analytics that support workforce planning, compliance, and decision-making.
- Maintain data integrity across all HR systems, including auditing data accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Respond to HRIS-related data requests from executives, HR leaders, managers, and auditors.
- Maintain, file feeds, and for all locations within the HR/payroll system. Provide support to Finance for maintenance of general ledger (GL) rules, time and attendance, and payroll-related configurations.
- Support HR, benefit, time and attendance, and payroll system integrations and data feeds to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Own and manage HR-related governmental and compliance reporting, including but not limited to EEOC, AAP, OFCCP, COBRA,, WOTC, , and Training Tax Credit documentation.
- Serve as the primary HRIS contact for internal and external audits.
- Manage HR audit controls, ensuring documentation, processes, and system controls remain current and compliant.
- Partner with HR Field Managers and other stakeholders to collect and validate audit-related data as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve HRIS functionality, automation, and process efficiency across HR operations.
- Lead or support HRIS-related projects, including new module implementations, enhancements, and system upgrades.
- Stay current on HRIS trends, vendor capabilities, and best practices; recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.
- Act as liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors during implementations and major system changes.
