Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Supervise or assist with residential painting projects and other facility upgrades to improve aesthetics and functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate repairs, inspections, and safety checks while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap, liners) and report broken, damaged, or faulty equipment to management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, use chemicals correctly, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related roles within manufacturing or residential settings.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25–50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions (bending, kneeling, reaching).
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and manage tasks within a schedule.
- Proven capability to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
