Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site traveling Superintendent role. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaborating with architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating subcontractors and resources, and maintaining project documentation to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team coordination experience in the construction industry
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
• In-depth knowledge of luxury retail construction, tenant improvements, ground-up developments, and restaurant
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
• Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively with subcontractors and design teams
• Ability to meet rigorous timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a qualifying experience is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, LEED, PMP) are beneficial
