Scope and Function:
Support and/or complete medium to high level, complex engineering tasks/projects as assigned to meet business objectives and support product lines for the food service industry.

Scope and Function:
Support and/or complete medium to high level, complex engineering tasks/projects as assigned to meet business objectives and support product lines for the food service industry.
One or more of the following as required by the Business Unit:
- Conceive, plan, develop, & coordinate projects as an individual contributor or as a member of a cross-functional team.
- Create and develop engineering project documentation, i.e. bill of materials, drawings, and specifications.
- Develop prototypes and test plans; validate as required.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve engineering project issues.
- Participate in or conduct design reviews and provide feedback, using the appropriate tools i.e. FMEA, field and lab testing
- Research and provide the required product information to support sales, service, and marketing to satisfy customer needs
- Define and execute VAVE projects as assigned
- Apply advanced engineering theory and practices, along with experience, to complex designs
- Coordinate engineering activities with other departments including change plans, engineering changes, performance/agency testing and trial runs.
- Support assembly and manufacturing operation. Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance to resolve production issues

- Hands on testing and/or troubleshooting
- Ability Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Autodesk Inventor experience a plus but not required
- Electrical wiring and design a plus but not required.
- Food equipment experience preferred
