Float Registered Nurse (RN) Vascular Access

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a working knowledge and operation of all vascular access equipment and the ability to troubleshoot equipment as necessary.
- Provide education to patients and nursing staff on vascular access devices and care.
- Accountable for the coordination of care. Participates in the clinical management of patients and demonstrates advanced clinical decision-making skills recognizing patient complications and addressing it appropriately.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. ADN required, BSN or MSN preferred
- Licensure: Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of RN experience required, 1 year experience with vascular access equipment preferred.
- Certifications: BLS required.
Safety Sensitive Designation:
This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.
