BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in HealthStream Policy Manager.
Required to work with the Patient Supervisor regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Food and Nutrition Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (“CRC”) certificate preferred.
Experience: Minimum six (6) months’ work experience preferred.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Production staff: 7 days a week, 12 hour shifts. Must be available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends and increased work schedules. May be required to work during inclement weather, emergency (Code yellow), and holidays.

Schedule: Full time, Days, Thurs-Sat 5am-6pm first week; Wed-Sat 5am-6pm second week
