JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Culinary Associate degree or higher, preferred.

Experience: 3 years’ experience in food operation. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Certifications/License: Membership of the American Culinary Federation as a certified Executive Chef, preferred and Successfully complete ServSafe Manager course within 6 months, and maintain all certifications.

Other: Required to supervise Chef, Cooks, Retail Supervisor, and Cafeteria Associates. Working knowledge of POS system, Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and vendor ordering system.

Spend up to 2 hours or more in front of computer, monitor or similar screen utilizing keyboard and/or mouse, daily. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must have a keen sense of hearing and visual acuity. Must be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure.
