Baxter Group Corporation is hiring Full-Time FedEx Delivery Drivers based out of our Cookeville, TN terminal. If you're dependable, enjoy working independently, and are committed to providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!
No CDL Required! F Endorsement Required. Paid training is provided.

- Dibrell

- Rock Island
- Spencer
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers on an assigned route.
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently.
- Use a handheld scanner to manage deliveries.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Follow all FedEx safety standards, traffic laws, and company policies.
- Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- F Endorsement required
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
This position is physically demanding. Applicants must be able to:
- Lift up to 75 pounds
- Move packages weighing up to 150 pounds with a dolly
- Enter and exit the delivery vehicle frequently throughout the day
- Work in various weather conditions
