We’re looking for a Senior Project Superintendent to join our team at Baxter Construction – someone who takes pride in their work, leads from the front, and knows how to bring projects to life the right way.
As a Senior Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of your assigned project, ensuring that safety, quality, and schedule all move in sync. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and owners to deliver results the right way, with precision, accountability, and pride.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all on-site construction operations from groundbreaking to closeout
- Develop, manage, and maintain the project schedule in Microsoft Project
- Drive subcontractor coordination and ensure timely execution of work
- Oversee site safety and quality control compliance
- Manage field documentation and daily reporting through Procore
- Partner with project management to maintain project budget and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of commercial construction experience, including 5 in a lead superintendent role
- Proven track record delivering ground-up and/or complex renovation projects
- Strong proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- A mindset that blends accountability, collaboration, and craftsmanship
