We are now expanding our Personal Injury Litigation Team and seeking a driven, organized, and personable Litigation Attorney to take ownership of an active docket of automobile, premises, and other injury cases through trial or settlement.

What You’ll Do

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial.
• Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel to move cases toward resolution.
• Negotiate settlements that reflect the full value of your client’s injuries.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies with the support of a dedicated paralegal, flex legal assistant, and firm leadership.
• Participate in case reviews to improve outcomes, efficiency, and client experience.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team that values excellence, empathy, and integrity in client service.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience litigating personal injury cases (plaintiff’s work strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Alabama civil procedure, evidence, and trial practice.
• Proven ability to manage a litigation docket efficiently and achieve timely resolutions.
• Excellent client communication skills — you listen well, update proactively, respond promptly, and guide clients through difficult moments.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy — confident in court and persuasive in negotiation.
• A team-oriented attitude with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and results.
• Licensed to practice law in Alabama (dual in Georgia will receive priority consideration) and in good standing.
