What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1, performance-driven rehab focused on getting patients better faster.
• Use progressive exercise strategies, manual therapy, and technology to optimize recovery.
• Work with motivated, active individuals and athletes who take rehab seriously.
• Be part of a growing movement that is redefining how physical therapy should be delivered.
• Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their recovery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who is fed up with the status quo and ready to do things differently.
• A problem-solver who values efficiency, innovation, and results over traditional PT dogma.
• Strong manual therapy and movement assessment skills.
• A clinician who believes in high-level rehab, not passive treatments and outdated methods.
• A team player excited to grow within a modern, patient-first practice.

Requirements: 

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice Physical Therapy in California.

Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 per year (Full-time)
