About Bax Performance & Rehab (BPR):
Bax Performance & Rehab is a performance-based, out-of-network physical therapy clinic helping athletes and active adults get back to what they love stronger, more confident, and better prepared than before.
We don’t do rushed visits, double-booking, or cookie-cutter rehab. Every session is 1-on-1, and our clinic lives inside a training-focused environment, blending rehab and performance seamlessly.
We’re a small team with high standards, big goals, and a culture built on intention, growth, and doing things the right way.

- Track patient info and follow-ups in Google Sheets and our EMR
- Monitor patient forms, status, and appointment readiness

- Help manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and YouTube
- Post content using proven templates (no guesswork)
- Assist with weekly blog posts (SEO writing skills encouraged)
- Respond to Google reviews and DMs

You don’t need to be a marketing expert, just organized, coachable, and consistent.
Analytics, Systems & Growth (Monthly / Quarterly)
- Track new patient leads and conversions
- Update SEO and performance metrics
- Help summarize trends and insights for the clinic
- Support clinician recruiting outreach and job postings
This is real exposure to business, marketing, and operations inside a performance clinic.
