Whoever we pick will not be competing for clients as our stylists all have solid bases. Whoever we pick will do well right off the bat. timing is ideal, and even summers are not the kiss of death they are elsewhere with year-round residents in our area!
Our beautiful salon features wet stations, no towel wrap walks. Our average sale is well above average as are the earnings being realized by our staff. We seek another drama free stylist who wants to work with great folk who are all friends. We are fair and upfront in every way. Natural and organic color and products supplement others in a well rounded salon.

Duties
- Perform a variety of hair coloring techniques, including highlights, balayage, and color corrections.
- Consult with client make recommendations based on individual preferences and skin tones.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair color and styling techniques.
- Utilize salon software to follow and for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and maintain a clean work env
- Foster strong communication with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the service process.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Color Specialist or similar role within a salon environment.
- Strong understanding of color theory and application techniques.
- Familiarity with salon software systems; is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and instructions to clients and team members.
