As a Parts Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in keeping our Service and Parts Departments running efficiently by ensuring the right parts are received, organized, and delivered accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
• Pull and stage parts for technicians, retail customers, and wholesale orders.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory replenishment.
• Deliver parts throughout the dealership as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages, damaged goods, or backordered items.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Work closely with the Parts, Service, and Sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requests.
• Follow BMW and Principle Automotive standards for inventory management, workplace safety, and quality.
• Contribute to a positive team environment while delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
• Ability to work occasionally 6 am shifts.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership inventory systems.
• Warehouse, inventory, or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements.
