Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Debt Collector to join our team, specializing in legal collections and judgment enforcement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in skip tracing and navigating legal garnishment procedures. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive skip tracing to locate debtors and assets using online databases and public records.
- Initiate and follow through with legal garnishment procedures (wage/bank).
- Review, prepare, and process legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements on delinquent accounts.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with FDCPA and state laws.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in legal debt collection (minimum 2 years preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of legal garnishment procedures in Georgia.
- Skilled in advanced skip tracing techniques.
- Familiarity with FDCPA standards.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
