We are looking for a Maintenance and Facilities Manager who can lead with excellence, drive innovation, and ensure our operations stay safe, reliable, and efficient. This isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity to build, lead, and make a real impact.

💼 What You’ll Do:

As our Maintenance & Facilities Manager, you’ll take full ownership of building maintenance, capital projects, equipment reliability, and facilities operations. You’ll lead a team of technicians, manage external vendors, and support our continued growth through thoughtful planning and execution.

• Oversee facility maintenance, utilities, and production equipment
• Lead capital projects and site expansions
• Supervise maintenance staff and manage vendor relationships
• Ensure EHS compliance and create a safe working environment
• Support cross-functional initiatives including production, engineering, and operations
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

✅ What You Bring:

• 10 years in maintenance, engineering, or facilities operations
• 5 years in a leadership role managing technical teams
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments (medical device a plus!)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, project management, and EHS standards
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
• Hands-on experience with 3-phase power systems, PM programs, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and maintenance reporting tools
