What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Lead / Driver (driver’s license required) position at Bauman Landscape?
Bauman Landscape is a growing business for the past 18 years and is looking for a landscape laborer/foreman to join the company. Job offering is a full time position with year round employment/pay.
We are currently seeking experienced and professional landscape foreman with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience overseeing landscape crews. We ask that those who apply have leadership skills, be team oriented, self-motivated and organized and most importantly be good with not only communicating with other employees but with Customer’s as well.
Those who apply MUST have a valid driver’s license
Pay is based on experience and performance over a pre-determined time period.
Position Summary:
Ability to:
Use lawn mowing equipment ( Zero turn lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers etc.)
Do general landscape work (mulch, topsoil, planting, weeding, etc)
Maintaining lawn mowers when needed (changing blades, sharpening blades cleaning mowers, oil change)
Work in all weather conditions.
Reliable transport to and from work.
