Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role located in Lancaster, OH. The Attorney will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft and review legal documents, and provide expert legal advice. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and managing cases with a focus on criminal defense. The role requires ensuring compliance with legal standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Expertise in criminal law
- Strong skills in Research and legal document preparation
- Effective Negotiation skills to advocate for client interests
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and being licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
