The Brand Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Brand Management team. This important position will gather information and create consistent templates and tools by category. The Brand Management Coordinator will also be a key member of the team who will assist in communicating key milestones to the team using the Business calendar to drive stronger execution and on-time completion.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Team data collection and reporting from GLP, SAP, Pivot Link, intranet maintenance of GLP and sell through tools.
- Assist in obtaining information on sales history, market share and competitors.
- Collect competitive assessments including line planning and pricing comparisons.
- Provide access to Visual line templates and key financial documentation.
- Streamline creative and commercialization process & requests from creative and channel functions.
- Lead and assist a cross function team in the development of seasonal product Catalogs.
- Gatekeeper of key business documents that require cross-functional input and documentation to ensure successful execution.
- Work as a product expert at events and responds to sales reps, retailer’s consumer e-mails & D2C questions.
- Responsible for organization and merchandising of materials, including ordering, managing inventory and timely delivery of all samples.
Qualifications:
- Duties require a bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in a product or retail related role.
- Must have knowledge of the hockey industry and a core understanding of the consumer.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Must have excellent information seeking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with PLM systems and SAP is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel abroad 25% of the time.
Salary : $51,100 - $64,700
