What you'll be doing (don't worry, we provide training):
- Welcome patients and guide them through their eye care experience
- Perform preliminary testing and measurements to prepare patients for their exams
- Work closely with doctors to coordinate patient care and keep appointments running smoothly
- Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate referrals and communication with other healthcare facilities
- Assist with patient questions, follow-up care, and contact lens ordering
