What You’ll Do:

• Conduct accurate, thorough inspections to diagnose mechanical issues on heavy-duty commercial motor vehicles.
• Perform high-quality work in suspension, brakes, steering, wheel ends, alignments, wheel seals, wiring, and kingpins.
• Ensure all repairs are completed correctly, safely, and efficiently to meet company and customer standards.
• Build customer trust by delivering honest, timely service and honoring all commitments.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive, customer-focused shop environment.
• Tire Technician duties as needed.

• What You Bring:

• Experience working on heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills in suspension, steering, braking, and related systems.
• Ability to perform alignments and wheel-end repairs.
• Understanding of electrical/wiring components preferred.
• Commitment to workplace safety and high-quality work standards.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Relatively clean driving record, within the past three years.
• Reliability, honesty, and integrity in daily work.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks with minimal direction.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support shop operations.
• Flexibility to service and repair equipment across a wide range of manufacturers and models.
