What You’ll Do:
As our Staff Accountant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Enter and maintain financial data in accounting systems and spreadsheets with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Support accounts payable by reviewing invoices, applying proper coding, and assisting with payment processing.
- Assist with billing functions, including preparing invoices and tracking customer payments.
- Help prepare monthly bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist the accounting team with financial reporting, compliance activities, and other accounting projects as needed.

- Education & Experience: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Detail-Oriented: You catch the smallest errors and take pride in getting things right.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
