What You’ll Do:
- Safely transport customer vehicles to and from the service center for scheduled maintenance and repairs
- Provide courteous, professional interactions with customers during pick-up and drop-off
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fuel-efficient operation of company and customer vehicles
- Assist with checking vehicles in and out, including documenting mileage, fuel levels, and overall condition
- Coordinate timing with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform light shop or facility support tasks when needed (e.g., moving tires, staging vehicles)
- Follow all company safety procedures, driving policies, and traffic regulations
- Communicate any vehicle concerns or issues promptly to management
What You Bring:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Class A CDL.
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, SUVs, and light trucks
- Reliability and punctuality—able to manage time and routes efficiently
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Experience in an automotive, tire, or service environment a plus (not required)
