What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues including brake systems, steering and suspension components, wheel seals, and related systems.
• Build customer trust and increase repeat business by delivering high-quality repairs and honoring service commitments.
• Safely operate and maintain shop service equipment such as lifts, diagnostic tools, and repair equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while performing repairs and inspections.

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to clearly explain diagnosed issues.
• Ability to perform mechanical services on passenger vehicles, light trucks, heavy-duty trucks, and agricultural equipment as needed.
• Ability to identify early signs of wear or failure that could lead to larger mechanical problems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and diagnostic software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
